windows - Executing win32 file ( using UpdateResource winapi ) in unix -

I think this is impossible, but I will ask it anyway. I have a windows app that can execute BeginUpdateResource / UpdateResource / endupdate resource

Can I execute it on any Linux / Unix? Its server-side, so no GUI emulator can run.
