asp.net - Why Session_End event not raised when StateProvider is not InProc? -

I'm asking this question with curiosity.

I have seen this in my global. // P>

  zero session_und (object sender, eventArgse E) {// code that runs after session ends // Note: Session_End event is only lifted when sessionstate mode // to Web The config file is set to InProc. If session mode is set to StateServer // or SQLServer, then the event has not been raised. }

I have to understand why session mode is not a status server or SQL Server, session / event event is not Capture / Undeveloped?
