wpf - Does MS provide some way for user to manage input bindings? -

I mean, as a user, I want to change some gestures from the people determined by the developer. So what should I do to provide this functionality as a developer? Does MS provide any extension points for this? If anyone reads about this, please share.

I am using a TChart in Delphi 7, and I want to display charts sometime.
