silverlight - Where to make source code publically available -

I have just finished a mini-project (a graphical 2D) and I have provided the source code on my website As a zip file - but where should I place this code so that people can find it and if they want, can they develop it? Codeplex? But I think it will be counted as a passive project?

I recommend github.
