Which GUI Layout Managers are recommending these days?

I've seen SmartLayout (liked to work together) and devexpress extralayout controls, but left it not sure about one.

There are other players on the marked? What experience do you have with these controls?

I have used Ectipro's Dock Manager for years It's really good, and their support is great.
