relative path - netbeans : add library permanently -

I work in a group project and work after every checkout - I have to remove and add Javamel AP. (Because the path is relative) How can I create it in the project folder?

In this way I add the library:

1. Right click on the Library folder
2. Add / Jar folder ..
3. Select mail.jar

But when my collegiate checks it ... he gets problems. Netbunas would be a better way to add a library
