What is the connection between IIS settings HTTP-enabled ALLIVE and connection timeout

? Is it the same relationship in different versions of IIS?

I am using XP Pro (2002 Service Pack 3) using the aspnet 3.5 applications running IIS 5.1.

We are getting 'There are so many people to reach this site' error.

I am deducting the connection timeout from 900 to 60 seconds. Will the additional effect HTTP maintenance-enabled be unchecked?

We are planning to upgrade the webserver from XP Pro to another machine.

If you disable Keep-Alives Visual Studio, then automatically debug web Applications that are not connected to the browser process

I've found that reducing connection timeout for 65 seconds stops the "many people are accessing your website" problem.

The method here is out here is 10 to 40 connections.

Update: I have made this post a community wiki so that people can change the connection time and connection time by trial and we do not find the best value for them.
