version control - Versioned File System like web interface -

I am trying to find a free software that will provide a web interface to a file system (so you add / remove Files / directory, possibly edit them) If possible, it should be varianting (only needs simple things: back to previous versions), and user management should handle.

Can you point me to something like that? Thanks

Update 2: There is some trick like a dissection web interface on Apache server, sorry I can not find any user-friendly subversion web interface, do you? With this, users have been allowed to create new content.

You want something that supports something called Web Distributed Authoring Version (see WebDAV) Apple The mobile management does this, as it does on httpd, as is the MS SharePoint.
