Analyze core-dumps created while running wireshark on linux -

I am going to build wireshark on liners I am having an accident while doing some activities. I also have a core dump being generated. . But, when I order the following GDB / Wearhark Corps It says that the file format is not recognized. Also, when I do a cat on "./wireshark", then how does a script look like analyzing the original dumps?

Check the script to see if the actual wireshark binary is in progress.

GDB is good for coredump analysis.
