Can I assign a category to more than one section in Joomla? -

I want to provide the same category to many sections in Joomla. The category cats will have a child of domestic animals and adorable- anmials .

Is there a component or what is the trick to achieve this?

You add section-category relations and dirty -this case there.

However, I would not recommend this type of Joomla core hacking because you will need to keep track of all such hacks during the core update.

What do you want to accomplish? I think that should be an alternative solution.
