Why does Java not use the out parameter in its language syntax while c# does? -

While I'm not a big fan of using parameters in C #, I'd like to know why Java did not include it Is there any special reason in its language syntax or perhaps because of it that a person can pass an object as a parameter type?

Java was designed as a very simple language, with a very simple syntax - Contrary to C ++, with one of its features, which hardly understands anyone completely and fully understands (including compiler applicants).

In fact, the facilities were abandoned until they were considered absolutely necessary.

On the one hand, the goal was achieved - there are very few areas in which it is difficult to understand or guess the behavior of Java.

On the other hand, there is work to be done around the missing facilities, which leads to the so-called Verbosis of Java, the designer of C # tried to create this experience.

However, I personally do not accept standards as a major loss.
